Corus Colorcoat® contractor day

Building on the success of last years award winning Corus Colorcoat® contractor day, the event is being held once again this year on Tuesday June 13th. Corus won the award for best event at the 2005 construction marketing awards.

Targeted at main and sub contractors, the day will consist of seminars based on Part L, followed by an evening of hospitality at Chester Races on Ladies Evening.  The invitees are a mix of main and sub contractors, Corus Colors personnel and key profiler personnel. 

The seminars are being held at the Crown Plaza Hotel in Chester and have been designed to provide the attendees with an understanding, in simple terms, of the impact of the changes to Part L, and how this will relate to the building envelope, along with a mixture of practical and theoretical guidance on air-tightness through the work Corus have carried out in conjunction with Oxford Brookes University.
Attendees will also be given an insight into best practice construction techniques for building air-tight buildings by key industry figures. The seminars will finish with a Q&A session with an expert panel.
