Standard Urban Roofs (<200m²)

Example buildings include 2-3 storey homes, low rise apartments, 1-3 storey public and commercial buildings, and sports pavilions.

Formed in the style of a traditional, small standing seam, with crisp detailing at a scale to the building size. Applicable over standard truss and rafters, fully boarded out, SIPs and metal frame construction.


Large Urban Roofs (200m² - 1500m²)

Example buildings include apartments, schools, public buildings, and offices.

Available in a range of popular, insulated and un-insulated profiled systems, including standing seam and concealed fix.


Walls

• Maintenance free weatherboard
  A long-life, zero maintenance weatherboarding that is quick and simple to erect over any wall surface. The weatherboarding from Corus is maintenance and annual inspection free for up to 40 years - BBA certified.  This weatherboarding is 100% recyclable, and contains more than 20% recycled content.  It is a sustainable weatherboard that simply doesn't weather.

Refurbishment and Renovation

As well as for new build projects, due to its inherent light weight and strength, Colorcoat Urban^TM is the ideal choice for refurbishment and over roofing. It offers building designers a range of attributes that enables them to create a building for the client that meets their requirements.

Plus, in most of the refurbishment solutions occupancy can continue within the building while the refurbishment work is carried out.


Small Order Quantities

Minimum order of approximately 100m² coverage (minimum weight value 0.5 tons).  Any amount is then available to best suit your requirements. 

The Maximum sheet length currently available is 12.5 metres.
