The requirement for this project in Leamington Spa was to manufacture and construct a new building at Ashorne Hill Conference Centre in order to provide additional high quality accommodation for the centre’s residential courses.
The client required a solution that would meet the tight schedule available for construction, keeping disruption to the daily operation of the centre to a bare minimum.
