Distribution and logistics centre developer, Rosemound properties had this building designed for use by transport and storage specialist Cadogan Tate.
The building was constructed on a semi-industrial brownfield site in the shadow of larger office buildings. The structure had to provide a large volume of storage space without dominating the site, while guaranteeing a high quality seal to fully protect the stored furniture inside.
