Loseley Dairy Ice Cream is the UK’s largest premium ice-cream manufacturer and has developed one of Europe’s most advanced facilities, based in South Wales.
Originally constructed to house an electronics assembly line, the building needed significant refurbishment to make it suitable for food processing. This included re-cladding the interior walls and lifting the ceiling on the cold store to increase the height of the building and accommodate production equipment.
