ProLogis Crewe 360, as the name suggests, is a 360,000 sq ft speculative built industrial warehouse, with exceptional environmental benefits and specified to a high standard using Colorcoat Prisma® in Silver Metallic and Slate grey for the exterior façade of the building envelope.
Designed by Turley Associates, an ethos of sustainability was taken forth throughout the build and therefore helping to achieve a BREEAM ‘very good rating’. The registration of Confidex Sustain® enabled 966 tonnes of CO2 emissions to be offset and helped achieve a CarbonNeutral building envelope.
