Stoke-On-Trent, is the chosen location by ProLogis for the 380,00 sq ft build for the location of distribution warehouses using Colorcoat HPS200® in Merlin Grey on the roof and Colorcoat Prisma® in Alaska Grey and Oyster for the walls.
Designed by Stephen George & Partners, the development is surrounded by some of Europe’s leading companies, including the likes of Sainsbury’s, Marks & Spencers and Asda. The Confidex Sustain® registration meant that 955 tonnes of CO2 emissions were offset and helped the building achieve a CarbonNeutral building envelope.
