Kings Waterfront
Kings Waterfront extends to approximately 36.06 acres and has a prime waterfront location alongside the river Mersey, immediately to the south of the world renowned Albert Dock complex in Liverpool. Part of the site lies within the World Heritage Site.

Manchester United Quandrants
Old Trafford, home to Manchester United Football Club, has been extensively remodelled over the last 10 years, and the completion of the “Quadrant” project is the last piece of the jigsaw. Until 2006, the north-east and north-west corners of the stadium (the country’s largest club ground) were open and incomplete, interrupting the “flow” of the structure’s lines and reducing the crowd capacity.

Pioneer Point
Bob Fletcher, of Fletcher Architects, Manchester settled on Tata Steel Colorcoat HPS200® pre-finished steel to clad this large development. The building was given a strong banded facade in three colours - Merlin, Hamlet and Goosewing Grey- while “feature” items such as the building’s corners were fitted out in Wedgewood Blue.

Princess Yachts
Princess Yachts in Millbay Dock, Plymouth, is one of the first projects to register for Confidex Sustain®. Commissioned by Princess Yachts International, Britain’s second largest luxury boat builder, the £6.5 million project is set for completion next year.

M1 Dundalk Retail Park

Lyons Seafood Factory

Distribution and logistics centre developer, Rosemound properties had this building designed for use by transport and storage specialist Cadogan Tate. The building was constructed on a semi-industrial brownfield site in the shadow of larger office buildings.

When design practice Antoin MacGabhann Architects was approached to design a new house and studio in rural Donegal, the clients were uncertain whether they would live in the house permanently or use it occassionally as a holiday retreat.

Clore Tikva School
The Clore Tikva School is a voluntary aided primary school for the Progressive Jewish Community in the London Borough of Redbridge. The entire single storey building is a striking combination of the imagination of the architect, and the religious imagery required by the client, (an amalgamation of local rabbi, educators and lay people).

Ferry Terminal
The use of Colorcoat HPS200® on the walls in this environment has a dual function. Firstly, its Galvalloy® substrate and unique coating formulation gives it the proven ability to provide protection from the salt water and harsh North Sea climate. Secondly, the striking colour creates a focal point for passengers arriving at the port.

Ice Arena
IceSheffield is one of the largest ice arenas in the UK. Containing two Olympic-sized ice rinks, one for performance and another for recreational use. After an extensive period of research, the construction team and architects, BDP, selected a bespoke cladding system incorporating Colorcoat HPS200® pre-finished steel from Tata Steel on both the roof and walls.
